My experience at The Westin Riverfront was largely positive with a beautiful resort atmosphere and fantastic amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and a well-equipped spa. The spacious suite I stayed in was wonderful, but I did experience some frustrations with service delays, particularly at valet. Overall, it was a lovely stay with a few hiccups in service speed during peak times.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The amenities are outstanding, with a stunning heated outdoor pool right by the river that sets the mood perfectly. The staff, especially Viviana and Tabby, went above and beyond to meet our needs.
